WHAT IS DYE SUBLIMATION?
Dye sublimation may sound intimidating, but we promise that it’s anything but. In short: Sublimation ink can convert from a solid to a gas without going through the liquid form, which allows you to apply an image to specially coated materials using heat and pressure! Simple enough, right? Although the process is easy to explain, there are some things to consider before you start!
Benefits of Dye Sublimation
With dye sublimation, you can print full colors, bright colors and multiple colors! When applying to garments, the ink is embedded into the fibers. This allows for the design to feel as if it’s part of the garment and not actually on the garment!
WHAT IS FOAM BOARD?
Foam board (also known as “foamcore”) signs are the perfect marriage between portable and professional. Retaining the same performance properties as standard foam board, our foam board signs are available on directly printed or custom cnc contour cut on styrene foam with a paper face on either side.
Custom foam board signs are great as visual aids during presentations, as signage to let customers know of ongoing specials, as point-of-sale displays or virtually any other indoor signage application.
WHAT IS A CONTOUR CUT?
Contour cutting can be used for a various amount of different things such as car stickers, wall art decorations, signs, logos etc. ... Contour cutting is a way to cut out pre-printed media by the cutting through the contour line. Contour line is the outline positive or negative offset of the printed object.
